Your Punta del Este website: what to review before spending more.

A website can look good while leaving essential questions unanswered. Before rebuilding it or buying more traffic, review the entire inquiry journey.

Choose the inquiry you want to receive

Write down one priority service, the customer it helps and the action you want them to take. A professional practice might need a first consultation request; a real estate business, a viewing request with a clear need and budget; a hospitality operator, dates and guest numbers. These are planning examples, not promised outcomes.

That choice shapes the page. Someone comparing properties needs different information from someone arranging professional support from abroad. A broad claim about “complete solutions” will not explain both. Give each section a specific job and explain what is included and what requires a conversation.

Review the offer before the keywords

Read the first screen on a phone. Is it clear what you do, who you help and where you work? Then read a service page. Look for scope, common questions, a responsible person and an obvious contact action. “Ask about this service” is more informative than an isolated “Submit”.

Google recommends useful, original content for people rather than pages made to manipulate rankings. Our practical interpretation is to give each page a real question to answer. Repeating the place name throughout the copy is not a substitute for explaining your service.

Treat your website and Business Profile separately

Google describes local ranking in terms of relevance, distance and prominence. Accurate business details and a genuine reputation help represent the business, but nobody can guarantee the first position.

Check eligibility before creating or changing a Business Profile. Do not invent an office, opening hours or an address to appear on Maps. Document how you actually meet or visit customers and follow the relevant rules. Consistent information is preferable to multiplying profiles.

Make language part of the service

For international inquiries, review everything the customer needs to read: the service, scope, contact and next step. A translated menu is not proof that the team can continue the conversation in that language. Decide who can respond and through which channel.

Google documents separate localized URLs and hreflang references between versions. These connect language alternatives; they do not replace a clear translation. Complete a test inquiry in each language and check whether it arrives with the right context.

Check what happens after the click

Test the form and WhatsApp as a new visitor. Does the message identify the service? Does it request only necessary information? Who receives it? Avoid asking for sensitive documents on an open contact form before they are needed.

Opening WhatsApp is an expression of intent, not proof of a sent message or a new customer. Agree how to record received inquiries, open tasks and next steps. A consistent register is more useful than a polished dashboard that confuses contacts with sales.

Choose an improvement you can evaluate

Make a short list: an unclear page, a broken contact path or an inquiry arriving without context. Save the starting point, describe the change and agree how to review it. Clarifying an offer does not necessarily require a complete rebuild.

The VGC case shows website structure, languages and contact work. Commercial developments reported by the team are separated from what can be inspected publicly. They are not presented as proof that one change caused every new client.

Google states that its usual SEO practices remain relevant to AI search features; special AI files or markup are not required. Before paying for a new visibility promise, ask what the work includes and how it will be checked.
